Gluten-Free Cooking Demo
Another Cooking Demonstration with Chef Doug McNish

A little less gluten is good for everyone, but we also know there are many people who need to avoid it altogether. However, gluten finds its way into prepared foods that we would never expect, and it can be a daunting chore to make your own meals without it, especially for those who have learned traditional ways of preparing food.
Let Doug teach you about gluten-free cooking from his experiences with these four unique menu items. As always, Doug will present an interactive demonstration that anyone can learn something from.
