Event Description

Is your newborn baby crying all night and you have no idea why? Does your toddler need some playmates? Is your older child looking for things to do this summer?

On Wednesday, June 3, Moms and Dads can gather for a short "get acquainted" time in the Leslie Grove Park around noon. This is a time to meet other moms (and dads), share information on parenting resources in our neighborhood, and hook up with folks to form play groups, etc. We have a huge number of moms and dads in the area and some of us are shy, but would like to meet others and learn about things for our kids to do.

Parents of both babies and older kids are welcome.

Tango Palace has graciously donated some gift certificates to us! So, if you can make it, there may be a free small coffee/latte/drink in it for you as well!

Bring something to sit on, if desired. If it rains, we'll postpone a week.

Come join us! Parenting is hard work and having friendly support is important.
