We’ve been having so much fun in our parent-tot class, we don’t want it to end! I’m happy to announce we are extending the class into the spring. Our next 6-week session starts on March 27th, and there are a few spots still available.

Details:
Start Date: Saturday March 27th (last class is May 8th. No class on Easter weekend)
Time: Saturday’s between 12:15 - 1:00
(15 minutes of free dance play, and a 30 minute guided class)
What to wear: comfortable, stretchy clothes and bare feet

Class Description:
This creative movement lesson is designed for toddlers not yet ready to separate from their caregiver. Creative Movement is unique to all other physical activities because it uses nonfunctional movement to invite each child to explore their own personal expressions. Through dance play, children discover new aspects of their bodies, minds, language, thoughts, and imagination while also becoming aware of elements of dance including rhythm, tempo, space, direction, size, levels and qualities of movement. Research has shown that creative movement and music explorations do wonders to enhance early learning, and one look at the students engaged faces and joyful dancing is evidence of this.
