With most sports and weight training routines, we tend to perform repetitive motions that develop some muscle groups while others are ignored. Yoga postures and breath work are one of the most effective ways to correct these muscle imbalances or body mechanic problems. This class will focus on the areas of the body affected by endurance cycling: quadriceps, glutes, calves, lower and upper back , groins, forearms, ankles and wrists. Open to all students with a basic knowledge of yoga postures.
This is a weekly drop in class and appropriate for a variety of spring sports-running, walking, tennis,etc
Please note : As the weather shifts into spring, we will have a weekly ride after class for anyone that would like to join in.
