anyone recommend someone local to make curtains?

I am looking to get curtains made for dinning room and kids bedroom .. any recommedations out there?  thanks!!

See Queeny at the laundromat at Queen and Boston (north side). She made a great set of curtains for me out of some sari material I found up on Gerrard.

See Dawn, at Dawn and Company, on Carlaw north of the No Frills, right at the corner where Carlaw turns before continuing to Pape.  She has done 2 sets for me,  One out of silk.  They are stunning.  Let me know if you need the number.

We had Dawn do cushions and curtains throughout our house, as well as custom covers for some ikea furniture.   I can't say enough good things about her work - she gets a great discount on nice fabric, her seamstress skills are outstanding, she brings great new ideas, and her prices are great!   If your home needs a touch up - she's your best choice.

I think it is Maggie Ren everyone was talking about. Her working store is Designer Sewing Inc. located on 1384 1/2 Queen St. West. Her other number is 416-801-8898. He only uses Carlaw location for display and storage.
I also recommend my friend Sasha who works from home near Gerrard and Main. Her phone No. is 416-691-7960. She made figure skating dresses for my children, but she also make curtains.
