I've had good service at Goodyear over near the No frills on Carlaw just north of Gerrard. We've taken our CRV and our Nissan there for years. And we've had the struts on the CRV replaced successfully.

When I had my Golf GTI 16V, I took my car to Central Imports at King & Sumach (3 blocks west of the Don River) as they are very good with imports. I continue to use them. They have excellent service.

We have a 2003 Subaru and found the service at Speedy on the Danforth quite good. They replaced only what was necessary and the work has stood up well.

Thanks everyone! Ended up at the Goodyear and it seemed reasonable.
Also found Cam's Auto Service on King Street East....a little out of the hood, but trustworthy and good work.

We just had our Hyundai repaired at Jeremy's (261 Queen St E at Sherbourne. 416 368 3281).
As females we had some hesitation about dealing with a mechanic.However it didn't matter. Jeremy took GREAT care of us.
While his wife sorted out our bill, he showed us the old parts and explained what he did. He also fixed a bunch of little things free of charge. He said it was for our safety!!
Their customer service was wonderful. It was such a painless experience.
He's got a customer for LIFE!!! also he specializes in Saab.

Hello,
I just wanted to mention that there a Goodyear service centre at Carlaw/Gerrard in the same plaza as no frills.
I needed tires and brakes done, they were professsional and didnt try to ripme off like the other mechanics in the area.

They pointed out what i needed and no upsells! they have me as a customer, even if i moved from the area!

We use an amazing guy at a place called 'Vortech Auto'. It's on Ontario Street, just south of Queen and his name is Gus. He's reasonable, fair and a really nice guy. We trust him implicitly and have had only good service from him.
