A great way to connect with other moms and babies!
Learn basic massage strokes for:
- Teething
- Gas
- Constipation
- Muscle tone
- Circulation
- Sleep
- Relaxation

Cost: $ 20 ( payment secures the spot in the class)
What to bring: A yoga mat or blanket for yourself and for your baby. You will also need to bring some massage oil or lotion that you have used on your baby before.
