I believe 7/11 sells propane (they used to), as does the Home Depot at Gerrard Square. I'd hazard a guess that Canadian Tire does too.

Loblaws also has a propane exchange as well as the others listed above.  Not sure about the pricing of all of them.

Thanks for all the replies. I'm actually looking for another local place to get my existing tank filled. I realize energy prices are going up but I believe the gas station at Curzon and Queen is taking advantage of being (seemingly) the only place around to do this.
