Heya Leslievillers,

Even though Riverside is technically not a part of Leslieville, it's still adjoined so I figure it's still relevant to us :)  I finished writing a post on the Best Date Spots in Riverside

What do you think some of them are?  Any feedback would be appreciated :) Thanks!

What about Table 17 and Sushi District? I think the atmospheres at those spots are much more "date night" than Prohibition (which is fun for a loud sports bar, but not so much a date night).
Hey Jennifer!

I had pretty awkward time at District - the food was atrocious - it was trying to be something it wasn't - instead of sushi, transforming into a bar would have been more suitable move for them.

As for Table 17.. there was something about it that didn't impress me - I went with friends for their prix fixe menu and was a bit put off by the overall experience.

Perhaps I'll give Table 17 another shot, but as for District - I'd recommend not to go there. Your money would be better spent at a place across town such as Guu Izakaya for some authentic Japanese or even Sushi Marche
