Best venues for live music?

Can anyone advise music lovers of the best places to see live music in the area?

The Avro is a small room that puts on shows weekly.

There's also the Opera House (more of a concert venue).  Riverside Public House is promoting live  music shows, and I understand the new pub at Queen and Broadview (An SIbin or something like that - its the one in the old Real Jerk space) is apparently also going to have lots of live music.

 

Some of the other bars in the area also have live music on occasion, but I think these three and the Avro are the main ones in the neighborhood that do so on a regular basis.

 

If you go a little further west of the hood, (Queen and Sumach) there's also the Dominion Pub.
