Carpenters in Leslieville?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a local carpenter that they would recommend? We need to replace our railing which is in the hall above the stairs as it is old and has large spacing between the spindles.

I've been given a good quote from Fairbank Lumber on Gerrard for the materials, now I need to find someone who will build it for me!

We used a master carpenter named Ewen Cameron that we found on Homestars.com. He did an amazing job. Only catch is that he doesn't do finishing (painting, staining, etc.) since he's a carpenter. We had a wood and glass railing done, and he charged us about $1500 for the entire project including labor and materials. Great quality work, really friendly guy, and cleans up after himself. :)

I used Jeremy Stubbs for my porch and he also did my stair railing inside. Excellent work and fair price. His number is 647-501-6927
