I haven't found a really *local* shop - I go to Ontario Cycle Salvage on Kingston Rd. near Warden. Reasonable prices and always good work.
You can also try Flying Squirrel. It's not a shop, but a parts and accessories supplier on Carlaw. He's a really good guy and could probably recommend someone. http://www.fsmotorcycle.com/ I get all my oil-changing supplies from Glen (I think that's his name).
