Hi Marissa -

How much were you looking to pay in rent?

We might be looking to lease out our home which is on one of the nicest streets (I may be just a little biased here :)) right around June. We live in a brick three storied semi-detached on Heward Ave. There are two bedrooms on the second floor with a big bathroom and an open third floor that we currently use as a family room which can easily be used as a master bedroom instead. Laundry in the basement ofcourse. The ground floor has a mudroom in the back and a small deck that we've really enjoyed many barbecues on. Also, there is a parking spot.

Hi,

I'm the President of Marigold Gardens and one of our neighbour's townhouses is for rent and can be seen on Viewit. http://www.viewit.ca/vwExpandView.aspx?ViT=11871

We are a very friendly condominium complex, we are gated and have an interior courtyard where children can ride bikes free from traffic and play. We also have a mini playground with a fort and slide.

The unit for rent has an exclusive use, fenced patio off the courtyard and each home has their own laundry room.

Sorry I did not respond earlier to your posting. We have been so busy and preoccupied with other details of the move. Thank you so much for responding, but as it turns out we have decided to look into moving outside of the city and commuting in.
