"For Rent" sign at Barrio?

Is Barrio closed permanently?  Are they moving somewhere else?  Just saw the "For Rent" sign in the window...

I'd like to know where the chef is going, that's for sure. Delicious food! Too bad they're closing down, but it's not surprising, for whatever reason, they never seemed to have much patronage, despite the good food and friendly service.

Yes Barrio is closed. I spoke with owner Kevin Noonan this week when he was in for brunch and he was in great spirits. I'm not sure if he plans to move, but I don't think so. If that's the case I will miss him in the Leslieville business community and wish him the very best of success!
