Good Contractor for small/medium interior job?

Hi All,

Looking for recommendations on a contractor to do some work in one bedroom of our house.

Mostly woodworking and painting, creating cabinets and storage out of old loft space.

On a budget of course!

Please let me know if anyone has had good experiences.
