Handyman Wanted

Anyone know a good local handyman for some small jobs around the house - fixing outdoor light with tall ladders / hanging some heavy artwork / bathroom fan etc..

I am a great local handyman! I have LOTS of experience with electrical fixtures, no problem with heights and a strong back for lifting heavy art work. I'm available this week and my rates are very reasonable.

I know someone too -- Kieran (lostcityradio at gmail). Lives in the neighbourhood and does mostly small jobs. Friendly, reliable and his rates are good.
