Handyman with tall ladder needed

We are hoping to replace the siding around the master bedroom window at the front of our house, and are looking for someone to do so.  We want to remove the old siding and replace it with painted plywood.

 

Any handymen out there with roof-appropriate ladders who could help us out with this?
