I've not heard about Martha, but did have a negative experience with Clean Freaks. One suggestion that I have for you is to ensure you ask whoever you hire if they have a satisfaction guarantee, and if/how they will make up for it if you're not satisfied with the work they've done.

She's fantastic.  Used her services for about 2 years now.  When she leaves my place, it's spotless.  Her business is growing for a reason.

Martha has been cleaning my home for over a year and she does a fantastic job.   Very thorough, and a really nice lady.   I highly recommend her, too!

Whatever you do, hire Gleaming Glenn immediately.  He is awesome.   www.gleamingglenn.com.  He's a super friendly, neighbourhood guy whose motto is "Clean like you've never seen," and it's startlingly true.  Two thumbs way, way up.

Hello everyone,

I see Michelle's review above :( and want to dash off a response. I wish I could make everyone happy all the time, and truly strive to. I take great pride in my business and work hard to maintain a happy client base. We have a great team and several happy clients! If we could please all the people all the time we certainly would!

In the end i wound up paying for Michelle's cleaning.

We use Gleaming Glenn, we like him and he does a great job at a fair rate. I would recommend him for sure.

No, just meant that website reviews are moderated but Facebook reviews can not be moderated (removed by the owner of the page) similar to here.

Right.  So you see this site being highly moderated and controlled, so you think the sky is actually falling, but not reported here.  Everything that is posted here gets posted instantly.  Moderation on this site is done when it's completely inappropriate.  Also, that's done by moderators, not page owners.  Please try to speak out of experience, not speculation.  

 

Welcome to the Internet.  Have you ever been on a site that's demonstrated moderation?  

 

Facebook, is a horrible place.  Perhaps you should read up on how the anti-trust is working up against Facebook.

How about this. Learn how to provide a message properly so that others don't get ticked off. Someone asked for some insight and you come in here and say this site is controlled and shouldn't trust any recommendations because they are all lies because it isn't facebook. How about you just get real, or make yourself clear. That's just plain ignorant.
