The main intersections are Logan and Queen/Logan and Dundas. The monthly rent is $2300.

I know this location. I've passed by it many times. It's beautiful and one of my favorites. I live by the Queen and Pape area and I'm looking for a more quiet street, friendlier neighbours and nicer home. Monthly rent is kind of steep. Let me know if the price changes as I would love the opportunity to rent it.

This street would certainly meet all your needs. It is a very quite street with great friendly neighbours. The only reduction I could offer in rent is down to $2200 per month. Utilities are quite low, as there is a gas fireplace that heats the whole house in winter.
