Hi,

 

I'm still looking for a place in Leslieville. Ideally the apartment will be pet friendly and have a bathtub, laundry and some form of parking available. I can pay up to $1500.

Hi Gwen,
I recently bought a house and gain possession Sept. 1st. The apt is in the basement with multiple windows, 3 pcs. bathroom, kitchen and separate bedroom off of the living room. It should be available mid-Sept. or Oct. 1st as I will be putting in new laminate floors and other upgrades once I gain possession. Rent will be around $800-$850 per month.

Hello,

 

I'm am still looking for a Leslieville or Riverdale apartment. I have a small dog and 2 cats, so it must be pet friendly. I also require a bathtub, laundry and parking. A small yard would be a lovely bonus. Please help.

Hi - LOL - it looks like we're looking for the same thing! I keep getting basement apartments w no tubs - yikes! Fell in love w a place on Booth - but it went overnight while I was measuring my furniture. If you find something & keep getting responses - please pass them on & I will do likewise!

Would you two consider moving in together? There are more options in the 2300-2700 or $1150-1500 per person range that may work for you. Rental market is VERY competitive right now. If you don't sign on the spot you're almost certain to lose it. Unfortunately you don't have the luxury of going home to sleep on it these days. I'll forward anything I see the moment it hits the market.
