I am currently looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in Leslieville. Ideally the apartment will pet friendly and have a bathtub, laundry and some form of parking available. I appreciate your help.

LOL - I haven't met Ashleigh - but I am pretty sure that she, like me, is laughing at the idea of moving in with a complete stranger and is used to having her own space/privacy. A house with 2 completely self-contained units - well, 2 dog-owners in that arrangement - I can certainly see benefits! Do appreciate your input - and if you come across something practical - that would be great! I haven't heard back from her regarding my offer to talk/meet for coffee - but I'm surprised that she's found nothing since July! I'm hoping to find something before year-end and am surprised it's SO difficult!

Meanwhile - now I carry a tape measure and list of my furniture sizes, along with my proof of employment, etc, and will be ready if I see the right place!
