Lack of Activity at the corner of Pape and Queen
Does anyone know what is going on with the building/ condo at the corner of Queen and Pape. Nothing has been going on for several months and needless to say and I'm sure everyone will agree, this unfinished building is becoming an eyesore? Anyone have any information?

The developers got in way over their heads and are now slowly trying to complete the job. Tried to sell to other developers but my contacts within the development world tell me that dealing with the current developer was not the most pleasant experience.
I haven't seen any activity there for a few months now.

The Stage East Lofts seem to be on the never never plan as well. I can only imagine how maddening it would be to have purchased a unit in either of these developments.
