Literally 20 steps to Queen streetcar which is 10-15 mins to Yonge Street (4km).

The damage? $800 per month on a month to month basis with all bills INCLUDED (full cable tv including ALL sport (thanks to my man), high-speed wireless internet and home phone as well as utilities). You won't find cheaper :)

We are both English and have 2 bunnies. All you would need to bring are your clothes, I even have lots of towels etc!
