Looking for a 2 Bedroom Apartment

My boyfriend has finally admitted to loving Leslieville as much as I do and we've decided to take the leap and live together, but my place is too small! Does anyone know of an upcoming apartment (ideally available April 1st) in Leslieville? Preferably North of Queen. We're looking for a 2 bedroom, in a house would be nice...

We have a freshly renovated 2 bedroom basement suite available in the Greenwood/Gerrard area for March 1st.  We are asking $1400/ month (utilities included).  Please let me know if you guys would like to view it.
