Looking for a Great Apartment in Leslieville

Looking for a great apartment in Leslieville for Aug15/Sept1.

Professional young and mature couple, non-partiers, I must be near DVP as I will be commuting to Whitby where I have my business.

I would like an apartment 700sq ft or larger, not interested in a basement, parking spot, ensuite laundry, and either a balcony, deck, or yard that I can use.
