Looking for a house to rent (or part) in the area
area and I offered to post something on this board.
They require:
2 bedrooms; kitchen; den/living room; 1 bath (2 would be great!)
1 car parking
move-in mid-April to early May
Nice to have:
Access to backyard
Both are mature responsible adults and willing to put some energy into the
rental in terms of gardening, touch-ups (painting, dry-wall etc.)
