Hi, last year we used the company, Upper Canada Tree Services - http://www.uppercanadatree.ca/services.html and we would highly recommend this company. We contacted several companies and Upper Canada gave the best quote and did a great job.

There is also HS Tree Service which is also good. There phone number is 416-817-0442 and prices are reasonable with trained arborists.
