New Loft Project On Queen -

Hi Everyone,

Just got word that in a few weeks 'Streetcar Developments' is going to quietly release information about their latest urban loft project located on Queen @ Carroll Street.

As a local Realtor I will have access to info, floor plans and prices before the general public. If anyone is interested in a little more info, feel free to email me at sapallas@trebnet.com.

If you don't know much about 'Streetcar Developments' as a builder...well they're fairly local. They've built "Edge lofts" on Queen just west of Broadview and 'Riverside Lofts' above PicNic on Queen. Currently 'Streetcar' is working on a bunch of projects out in Corktown District.

Hey Guys,

New to the board and love what's going on here. I live in the Edge and the new project Socrates is talking about is at 630 Queen E, the south west corner of Queen and Carroll.

The project is called Sync and the website is Synclofts.com. Looks like it could be a pretty cool project with all the tech features they are building into the unit, ie. an ipod docking station that plays throughout speakers mounted into the walls and ceilings.

Same builder...so just wondering how you like living in the Edge? Has your experience been positive with the builder and or building construction quality?

As it is a new building there have definitely been some "growing pains", however I think that is to be expected in any new building.

Streetcar has grown really fast from the two projects you mentioned, Riverside and the Edge, plus the Vinegar Lofts on River and 2 projects in the Beach, to 3 projects currently under-construction in Corktown, plus their Gladstone project and now Sync.

I guess what I am getting at is that they didn't have the infrastructure in place when the built the Edge and the Vinegar Lofts that they do now. They have been really good about repairing deficiencies as of late and I imagine with their increased staff they will only continue to get better.

I am thinking of purchasing new in Sync Lofts. While I know 'Streetcars' buildings seem to perform well when it comes to resale.... I wasn't sure what the experience has been like between new sales buyers and this developer.
