Parking in the area?

Is there a parking lot in or near Leslie that is not unattended? Ie, a lot where you get a ticket on the way in and pay on the way out, unlike the green p parking where you have to show a paid ticket?

I have family coming for the weekend and need to find some extra parking spots.

If there is permit parking on your street (if there's room), you can purchase a temporary permit for $17 (link here). I've done this for family visiting in the past.

Thanks Jen, I will look into that. However given the other thread discussing broken car windows, I would still prefer a covered parking lot or one that is attended somewhere in Leslieville, Danforth etc.

I suspect most of the people who have experienced broken windows are those who park in the alleys behind their houses. At least, that's what happened to us.

Sorry to say that the incident on our street was right out on the street. However, I wouldn't say that it's a common occurrence. We've bought multiple parking permits for visitors without a problem.
