Just a note to everyone, would advise that you stay away from this place. The service is terrible!
I took in couple pair of pants to have dry cleaned, had a spot on one pair to get removed, they came back and one pair came back dirtier then they were taken in, and the spot was not even removed.
They said they would sent them back to get re-cleaned. 4 days later I go back and they never even sent them to get re-cleaned.

No kidding.
I had them clean a couple of pillows, and three weeks later we were still waiting for them to come back in. And then they wanted to charge me $85!
For that price, I can get a set of new ones at Winners.
I took 3 shirts in there. They were supposed to be back on wednesday at 4:30pm. I went in thursday morning and they said that they just weren't picked up so they wouldn't be back till after 5pm on Thursday. I was flying out to New York on friday morning at 8am so i needed them back. They gave me 25% off....but one shirt had 2 stains on it that weren't there before. Not going back.
What is with this place!?! I have had a horrible experience here too! My clothes came back more dirty than they left, and it took 4 visits to actually get everything back over a two week period! Worst part is - not so much as an apology! This outfit will not be around long with service and quality like this.
A friend had her clothes LOST by them and another complained that her clothes came back with a really odd smell.
I wouldn't take anything there even if it was for free!
Got my stuff back tonight...seems to be clean, no strange odors. Was very expensive though, $25 for a dress and a pair of pants! Will be going back to Better Way at Queen & Broadview from now on.

I also had a bad experience, I got a trench coat dry cleaned here, they lost the belt, they said they would look for it but i've heard nothing back, I've gone back twice since and every time no one knows what I'm talking about. On top of this, they don't seem to have a phone number.
Thank you for the tip, I'm new to the neighborhood and was about to take some things in. The closest reliable dry cleaner is Queen & Broadview?? I'm also looking for shoe polish for dress shoes, is there a shoe repair place in the neighborhood? I live on Carlaw near Don's Convenience Store, and I'm on foot, so someplace relatively close appreciated.
On another note, I'm really glad to find a neighborhood site, being new is difficult enough, nice to have locals giving info to us newcomers.
