I have a 10 month old and a 2 year old and both babies were premature - 32 and 33 weeks respectively. We live at Queen and Jones area and would be happy to lend you support and provide you information about our experience. Both our babies were 4 lbs when they came home and are in good health now. Just send me an email and we can connect when it works for you. i returned to work a couple months ago, but have lots of time for coffee and chats on weekends and evenings.
Congratulations - this is a very exciting time for you!!
Regards, hillary and clint
Permalink Reply by Christine on July 4, 2012 at 2:13pm Hi guys,
Congratulations on your long road (so far). It gets so much easier! We brought our son home from the hospital last January. Rowan was born at 29 weeks (and 5 days....I always count the days) but he was small for his gestational age. He was in the hospital for just over nine weeks before he came home.
I'm also back at work now but would be happy to meet up or talk on the phone or via email.
Christine and Steve
