Growing Baby's Prenatal Class will help prepare you and your partner for labour, birth, breastfeeding, baby care and the transition to parenthood in a fun, humerous and unique way in very relaxed, comfortable and casual environment. You will learn a variety of different ways to cope with labour. Learn what to expect leading up to labour, throughout the stages of labour right up to the first few weeks at home with your baby. Get right in there with hands on practice with things like labour massage, breathing, relaxation, diapering, swaddling and more!
