Try Lucas at Perfect Touch Interiors ptipainting.com. He's done some painting for me and was great. He does wall paper too.

We used Mil from Milworks for a feature wall in our bedroom (and ended up doing a side wall as well).
Did a great job, fairly reasonable pricing and came over to site measure and price the job.
