Permalink Reply by Let Them Read Vinyl on July 7, 2011 at 4:33pm Hi Jonathan!
I live in the neighborhood and run a music blog, www.letthemreadvinyl.com
I was just thinking how cool it would be to see some of the old concert films/movie documentaries on the big screen - The Song Remains the Same, Rattle & Hum, Help...to name but a few. Also new music docs that come out -- there have been some good ones lately (Lemmy, Foo Fighters, etc). There are so many. If you'd be interested in hosting a "Music Movie Night" from time to time I would love to get involved & help out!
You can contact me at letthemreadvinyl@gmail.com
Looking forward to visiting the theatre!

Permalink Reply by Rachel on July 7, 2011 at 9:05pm This is so exciting! I am a filmmaker myself and the thought of an old cinema coming back to life is very reassuring. A few years back I worked on a film called Amal http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0907674/ and I would love to show it again in my neighbourhood. I'll be heading off to India again this october to shoot another film, so look out for it next year!
