Hi there.  Just wondering if anyone else has noticed that a large swath of the north side of Queen Street between Degrassi and Grant is now vacant or soon-to-be-vacant? Starting furthest east, you have Common Sort's old location, then Philz, then Rasputin, then Carbon Computing, then Little Peeps old location,  then the Green Park convenience and finally Hardware.  No doubt this is landlords attempting to increase rents and capitalize on the emerging trendiness of the area.  Does this concern anyone else? It is soon to be a ghost town there.  Is this the natural evolution of a neighbourhood and we can expect the chains to start moving in?
