I am a single gay parent of a 10 yr old daughter.
I am seeking ideally a 2 bdrm unit close to my daughters school which is located at 70 woodfield avenue.
I am employed full time and work downtown however seeking accommodations no further east of greenwood and no further north of dundas ideally and no further west of jones avenue.
I am a non smoker, non party scene at all, looking for a clean well maintained unit. Ideally a unit that does not have tenants who are partiers and carry out loud noise as we tend to sleep extremely early.
I am seeking accommodations with a tight budget and given the location I know this might be the challenge but I am trusting will surface and I just might have that break...
Please be honest and respond only if the criteria I have identifed meets or is close to meeting what I am seeking. I do not want to waste anyones time and appreciate the same in return.
I do have a vehicle so parking would be great if at all possible. A unit that might be all inclusive but not too worry, we are not huge energy consumption wasters at all. Laundry facilities would be great within the unit as I do have a 10 yr old daughter.
