We had squirrels in our bedroom wall. Call AAA All Seasons Wildlife Control @ 416-461-4520. They were able to come immediately and they found the hole in about 15 minutes and installed a one way door. The squirrels were gone within 12 hours and the job is guaranteed for 12 months. It can take up to a week for the squirrels to get out, but ours kindly vacated immediately. I think it cost about $300. We were extremely impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of this company...and no, I don't work for them - was just really impressed with their customer service.

Just to chime in: we had squirrels in our attic last year.  With a have-a-heart trap from Home Depot we eventually got all *6* of them out without a professional service.
