I am looking for someone or even a group of people to start working out with in the morning. In my experience when you work out with someone else you are more likely to get out of bed at 5:30am then if you have no one to be accountable to. My idea is to meet out at one of the parks in the area, for 6:30am. (open to start times) Everyone involved will put together their own half hour (ish) ¨bootcamp style¨ workout. I say half hour because I will be running or biking to and from the park for a total of an hour, but if you want to make it longer I`m open. We will alternate who will lead the group in their workout, and hopefully meet 4-5 times a week. I am looking to workout hard and get the most of the half hour so let me know if your interested!
