That dog really hated being tied up.
Was on my way home and was witness to a dog owner leaving their dog outside the Pizza Pizza at the corner of Gerrard and Jones. Dog was cleary uncomfortable, as were most of the people walking by. He barked, bit and pulled on his leash, and made other noises and signs of distress. I realize it's an old story,
but I just hate seeing animals in this state. I just had to say my piece.

I agree. I don't think anyone should tie their dog up on the street. I can't stand seeing a dog tied up outside a restaurant while the owner(s)sit inside and eat.
