Comment by stacey grieve on September 6, 2012 at 5:42pm The lazy days of summer are just about over. Once your schedule gets back into full swing, you might need help with your dog. A New Leash On Life/Stacey Grieve has a couple of openings for Leslieville dogs to join her pack for walks! Check out www.ANewLeashOnLife.biz for more info, or email staceygrieve@gmail.com.
You know what they say...a tired dog is a good dog! Let me help you keep your dog tired even when you are too busy to do so yourself. Openings available for both full- and part-time dogs.
Have they found Sebastien the 4 month old pug puppy? I still see signs.

Jackson is looking for a forever home. His owner writes:
"Jackson is 4 years old. He loves to chase sticks and balls and bring them back which I think is retriever like. He loves the water and is a good swimmer. He is a good watch dog and barks if a stranger comes to the door which I think is Sheppard like. He loves people though. My cousin came the other day and he was very friendly to him. I have a granddaughter too whom he is fine with as well.
He loves to ride in the car and has been on some 2 to 3 hour trips with no problems.

Comment by LWilli on June 10, 2012 at 7:36pm If anyone is looking for something fun to do with their dogs this summer, I just got back from a one-day intro to canoeing trip geared for dogs and their people. It was with www.dogpaddlingadventures.com and I highly recommend it. My dog loved it and my mom's normally timid dog was excited, outgoing and loving her new canine friends.
Comment by Lorie Slater on June 10, 2012 at 6:43pm poor Mavis... I'm so sorry to hear about your situation... I had a similar incident walking my dog down the street the other night. A neighbour was taking his dog out for a walk (off-leash) and the dog came barking and charging my dog who was very much on leash! My dog was actually the larger of the two, but he is so timid, it really set him back in what has been very successful progress until now. Please everyone leash your dogs!
