Beginners Group Starting Jan 16th - Still space left
There are still some spots in the beginners program starting January 16th.
The 18 class / 6 week program features the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are Tues / Thurs / Sun.
As part of the program, you will receive a training uniform and 2 disc DVD of the topics we will cover in the course.

There are still some spaces left for this start-up group. No experience necessary. We will be accepting registrations for another week. The first few classes are introductory- so there is no worry about being behind in the group....
