Sister Samurai
Classes Tuesdays & Sundays

This group is a women's only group, for those that would prefer not to train in the regular co-ed classes. Much like the Leslieville Ju-Jitsu Club this group will focus on the enjoyment of the art of Brazilian Ju-Jitsu. We train because we love the art, the motion and the satisfaction of pushing ourselves to new experiences and rewarding athletic endeavours. This training is in proper martial arts uniform (called a Gi). We are offering a free month of training to women who buy a new uniform, or PWYC on classes if you already have a uniform -suggested commitment of $40/Month or $7/Class.

Tuesdays 8pm-9pm - Beginners Brazilian Ju-Jitsu 101
Tuesdays 9pm-9:30pm - BJJ Q+A / Extra Practice
Sundays 2pm-3pm - Brazilian Ju-Jitsu Fundamentals
Sundays 3pm-4pm - Open Mat / Extra Practice

New Students: $25.00 for the first month.
New Student & Uniform: Free month of training with uniform purchase
Continuing Student: Pay What You Can, Suggested $40/Month or $7/Class

This is a beginners group. All techniques aimed at the White Belt level. It is a place for us to come together and share our love for what we do. Yes, these classes will help you feel more confidant in self-defence situations. It boosts our confidence because we know where we stand -we know how strong or athletic we actually are. This program will be run out of the Chang'e Studio, as is the Leslieville Ju-Jitsu Club.

If you are interested please email us at: bjjkarate@gmail.com . I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Location: 1114 Queen St E, hosted by Chang'e Studio pilates, yoga, and wellness centre.
Entrance is down the laneway and through the side door. The studio is on the second floor. All of our classes are aimed at the White Belt (Beginner) level. No experience necessary, however if you have some previous training (Blue Belt or above), it may be helpful to have a partner that you can work with to come along too.
