My name's Manjit and I wanted to present you all with a wonderful opportunity. I'm a PT, a certified yoga instructor, a former member of the Canadian Olympic team and a holistic nutritionist and I'm co-hosting a retreat in a breathtaking cottage in Hockley Valley on July 14-15 (all day Saturday until 4 pm on Sunday) Rawjuvenation: as its name implies, is all about feeling good in your body and nourishing it with organic raw food and juices.

If you’re open to really going deep, you can take advantage of guided meditation, yoga, self-hypnosis, chanting and drumming by the bonfire. But there is no pressure at all to become a raw vegan! This retreat is all about you feeling good and having fun! Our goal for the weekend is to provide you with the right tools to incorporate what you’ve learned into your everyday lives.
