Grandparent/Caregiver Group - 2nd Attempt
Hello,
My apologies - I posted this over a month ago, had a few replies and then promptly wiped-out the contents of my yahoo account.
Recap:
- My mother-in-law is caring for our 11 month old daughter
- I would like to link her to other grandparents in the 'hood providing care to young children
- She is a very youthful 60+ woman who has travelled the world, run her own school, etc.
If you're interested in a weekly or bi-weekly meet up (Lil Bean is a likely venue given the coming chilly months), please reply to this post and we'll see if we can set something up.
Given my daughters love of napping, I am guessing that 11:30am or 3:00pm would work best.

Lori-my mom takes my Isabel a few times a week so I can hit the gym. I am sure she would love to hook up with other grannies!! Please keep us informed of progress, dates, times etc.

Hi Lori,
My parents are here from Australia caring for my 1 year old until the end of the year. I ran the idea past them, and they'd love to meet up with your mother-in-law. Given their schedule I imagine a Mon, Tues or Wed would work well.
