How much do you pay for your live out Nanny?

Hello,
My friend and I are looking to do a nanny share possibly later this year. We like to pay the nanny competitively but notice that there is a huge range.
Please let me know how much you pay for your live out nanny and please also mention if that is for a single child or 2.

Hi Vivian,

I have someone coming to help me for about three hours a day. She plays with Rachel and watches her while I get some work done. I pay her $15/hour.

We paid $13 an hour for 3 days a week, about 10 hours a day for a single child. The range seems to be from $10 to $15, with ECE-trained nannies requesting amounts in the higher range.
