Fall Session Baby Time starts Monday Sept.29 -Nov.10th at 10:30 a.m. join us for bounces and songs for Mom and Baby.

Fall Session Family Time starts Fri.Oct.3rd - Nov.7th at 10:30 a.m. suitable for tots and the whole family.

Tuesdays @ Centre of Gravity (Greenwood and Gerrard)

Wednesdays @ Artist's Play (Dundas and Logan)

Saturdays @ Rebellion Art Studio (Eastern and Greenwood)

Infant massage & Nutrition Workshop

Join registered Dietician Lori Liggesmeyer and Baby massage instructor Janice Holsmer for a fun and informative workshop covering baby massage and infant nutrition.

Where: Queen Street East Presbyterian Church
Address: 947 Queen Street East @ Carlaw
Time: 11am-12:30pm
Cost: $ 30

What to bring: A blanket for your baby and some massage oil, gel or lotion that you have used on your baby before.

Get a chance to learn about and practice massage strokes on your baby that can help with teething, gas relief, constipation, muscle tone, circulation, sleep and relaxation.

Learn about starting solids, recommended foods, foods to avoid in the first 2 years, making meal time positive and participate in a taste test!
