Thank you to all participants at this years Santa event at Timmie Doggie Outfitters. We raised $800 this year for the Toronto Humane Society! Yay!

Hello!
We are looking for part time child care (ideally two days a week, with Tuesday being one of the two days) starting January. Our son will be 11 month at that time. We are on a number of waiting lists, but nothing yet. Looking for someone who already has a spot they would like to share, or someone with a child of comparable age who would be interested in sharing if we are offered a full time spot. Our preference is to be involved with a smaller home care arrangement, but we are well practiced in the art of flexibility!
If you are interested, please call Sharon or David at 416-462-9972 or email wildrhubarb@yahoo.ca

Hi Eric. My daughter is in size 4. What are you selling the diapers for?
Comment by Eric on November 20, 2010 at 11:57am
Hi - Our daughter has graduated from size 4 to size 5 diapers. The problem is that last time diapers were on sale, I bought too many boxes of size 4. So, I have a few boxes of size 4 diapers available. I have 3 boxes of Huggies (140 in each box), and 1 box of Pampers (150 diapers). Let me know if you're interested in some low-cost size 4 diapers.

thank you Kate for this useful information, just a tiny correction: drop-in (South Riverdale Child-Parent Centre) is open 9 to 1:30 on mon., tue., thu. and fri., and on wed. they have (great) workshops and outings (you need to sign up in advance).
this week staff is out on a conference, so centre is closed on thu. and fri Nov. 18&19.

I would also suggest to check out South Riverdale Health Centre, I used to go there for jump start program, was very satisfyed plus met few friends there as well. here's the link: http://www.srchc.ca/node/15

Congrats on arrival of baby Ava! There is lots going on in the hood - Lil Bean has many kids programs, Jimmy Simpson centre has baby&me yoga at 9:30 on Wed. I go to a drop in centre at Ralph Thornton Centre. It is open from 9 - 1 on Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri. I started going when my little guy was about 6 weeks. He is now 10.
