Lil Bean n’ Green is turning 3 and NuBaby will be offering a complimentary Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga session to celebrate their anniversary!

When: Saturday, October 27^th

Time: 1:30pm

Age Group: newborn – nearly crawling

 

Join us to learn poses to help your baby SLEEP longer, DIGEST better and GROW stronger as you explore new and exciting ways to calm, bond and play with your little one. Poses are designed especially for your pre-crawling baby, so they can enjoy the many benefits of yoga while enjoying special time with you.

NEW SESSION OF RIVERDALE YOGA BABIES STARTING NEXT WEEK!!

The longest running parent and baby yoga class in the hood!  Come to your first class with us, FREE!  Join us for some yoga, mostly for parents but also for babies! We have had babies as early as 2 weeks up to walking. The class runs in 6 week sessions with drop ins available. No prior experience of yoga is necessary; the intent is to move, bond with your baby and connect to our lovely group of new parents.

Next sessions starts October 25 to November 29, 1:00-2:15 at OMA Chiropractic (1 Munro St, Queen just west of Broadview). The cost of the 6 week session is $80 ($16 for drop in). Call or email to reserve a space.
