For any parents of Pape School youngsters:

Sprouts (Carlaw/Queen) is now offering an after-school care program with safe walk from Pape School.

From their website:

Sprouts After School club offers after school pick up & programs from 3pm - 6pm Monday to Friday during the school year.
Our program provides children ages 4-7 the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities. The program takes place Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., a great time to engage school-aged children in structured activities. Our trained, caring staff create safe, supportive environments for the children that attend our program. Our program complements what children are learning in school and provides time to complete homework if needed.

Hello Leslieville! We had a great first year, and we look forward to servicing the community for years to come. We wanted to share a few testimonials from our Liberty Prep families:

Our son Simon loved Liberty Prep Montessori School. Erin and Leslie have built a great team of teachers and Early Childhood Educators who are incredibly caring and create a wonderful atmosphere for learning. Simon came home everyday singing songs and sharing new things he'd learned at school. We were incredibly surprised to hear him starting to sound out letters, and one day while we were all out together, he sounded out and read the word d-o-g! He's 4. It was thrilling. We loved the community of families at the school and the respect instilled in the kids for themselves, the other kids, the teachers and the learning materials in the classroom. Simon thrived at Liberty Prep. We couldn't have been happier.

Erin and Leslie,
Happy last day of school! It is important for me to send a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate the work you do with Evan. As you know it was really a struggle for us to find a good fit for him at the beginning. As with all children, Evan is a unique little guy who thrives on opportunities to demonstrate his independence, and ability to learn new skills. It still amazes me how from the start you were able to identify Evan for the unique individual he is and foster both his own identity and guide him in his interests. From the beginning you have always demonstrated that the children were the priority rather than prescribed routines, it is really refreshing to see an organization act in this manner, and I truly hope that you continue to engage in this way as the years go on. You guys have really become family to us, and we are sincerely thankful for the love and work you do. Congratulations on a getting though the school year, I hope you enjoy some well-deserved R&R over the summer.
Ann and David
Thank you for all your support!
Erin and Leslie

Hello Moms and Dads,

I own a Martial Arts school in the area and wanted to get to know a bit more about what parents are looking for and concerns parents have with their kids. Anything from bullying to attention issue. I would love to know what every is concerned with, what they want and what would help their family the most. Any comments would be a huge help. If you don't feel comfortable posting here please feel free to message me privately. Thank you again for any help.     :)
