Join us for some yoga, mostly for parents but also for babies! We have had babies as early as 2 weeks up to walking. The class runs in 6 week sessions with drop ins available. No prior experience of yoga is necessary; the intent is to move, be with your baby and connect to our lovely group of new parents.

Each week we have a guest speaker to speak about their talents and to allow new parents to connect into the community from a parent perspective.
