Hi There! Who exactly owns the land between the sidewalk and the road? Is it the City, or the Property Owner?Depending on the response, I guess I am really wondering what we are allowed to do, or not allowed to do with the land? I see that some property owners do not maintain the space at all, whereas others have planted different foliage, or some have even removed all the "grass" and added in patio stones, etc. Just wondering......
